Smartloyal Ltd provides UK Employer of Record and IT recruitment services. These activities involve relationships with clients, candidates, employees and business service providers.

Our approach

Smartloyal expects employment and recruitment activities carried out on its behalf to comply with applicable law and to respect the dignity and rights of workers. Forced labour, compulsory labour, human trafficking and other forms of modern slavery are not acceptable.

Recruitment and employment

Smartloyal’s stated approach is to use documented onboarding and employment processes, carry out appropriate Right-to-Work checks and make employment responsibilities clear. Candidates and workers should not be charged recruitment fees by Smartloyal for obtaining employment through its services.

Suppliers and partners

Smartloyal expects suppliers and business partners to operate lawfully and responsibly. Where concerns are identified, Smartloyal may seek further information, require corrective action or reconsider the relationship as appropriate to the circumstances.

Raising a concern

Concerns about suspected modern slavery or unethical labour practices connected with Smartloyal can be raised confidentially by emailing info@smtloyal.com. Where appropriate, concerns may also be reported to the relevant authorities.
